You can set up custom weather alerts by logging into your AerlertWeather account and navigating to the Alerts section. From there, you can choose which types of alerts you'd like to receive (rain, snow, extreme temperatures, etc.) and set your preferred notification thresholds.

Our mobile apps also allow you to enable location-based alerts that will automatically notify you of severe weather in your current area.

If you're experiencing incorrect weather data for your location, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Refresh the page or restart the app
2. Check that your device's location services are enabled
3. Verify that you've entered the correct location in your settings
4. Ensure you have a stable internet connection

If the issue persists, please contact our support team with details about your location and the discrepancies you're noticing.

Our forecasts are among the most accurate available, with verification scores consistently above 90% for 24-hour forecasts. We use multiple high-resolution weather models combined with machine learning algorithms to provide the most reliable predictions.

Accuracy varies by location and weather type - temperature forecasts tend to be more accurate than precipitation timing, for example. Our system continuously learns and improves based on actual observed weather conditions.
